Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Silent Disco Headset Giveaway ("Giveaway") run by Nic Huzz from Buy Silent Disco Headsets ("we", "us", "our"). By entering, participants ("you", "entrant") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
1.2. Void where prohibited by law.
1.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
1.4. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the organizer may not participate.
2.1. Entrants must comment on the official Instagram Giveaway post.
2.2. Each participant may only enter once via Instagram comment (multiple comments will not count).
2.3. Bonus entries may be earned by completing the optional form sent via direct message.
2.4. Any attempt to manipulate entries (fake accounts, bots, repeated comments, etc.) will result in disqualification.
3.1. The Giveaway begins on 2nd December 2025 and ends on 12th of December 2025.
3.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4.1. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
4.2. If the Grand Prize Winner was tagged by another entrant, that entrant becomes the Referral Prize Winner, unless the exception in Clause 4.3 applies.
4.3. Referral Exception Rule: If the Giveaway organizer ("Creator") personally notified or referred an individual to the Giveaway before they were tagged by another entrant, then the Creator is considered the original referrer. In this case, any subsequent entrant who tags that individual will not be considered the Referral Prize Winner.
4.4. Documentation or communication evidence (e.g., screenshots, messages, timestamps) may be used to verify the Creator's prior referral.
4.5. If multiple entrants tag the Grand Prize Winner, the first eligible tag received (excluding cases covered by Clause 4.3) will be considered the valid referral.
4.6. Winner selection is final and binding. We reserve the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
The Grand Prize consists of:
Branding: Grand Prize headsets will be provided either with the Huzz logo or with no logo, depending on available inventory at the time of shipment.
Custom Logo Option: If the Grand Prize Winner wishes to have the headsets produced with their own custom logo, this is available for an additional fee of USD $100, payable prior to production.
If the Grand Prize Winner was validly referred by another entrant (see Clause 4), the referring entrant will receive:
Branding: Referral Prize headsets will also be provided with the Huzz logo or with no logo based on available stock. Custom logo production is optional for an additional USD $100, payable by the Referral Prize Winner.
Shipping Note:
6.1. We will cover up to AUD $200 in shipping costs for the Grand Prize shipment.
6.2. If shipping to your location exceeds $200, the winner must cover the additional amount before the prize is shipped.
6.3. The Referral Prize will be shipped together with the Grand Prize to the Grand Prize Winner's location at no cost.
6.4. If the Referral Prize Winner requests shipping to a different address, the Referral Prize Winner is responsible for 100% of the shipping cost to that location.
6.5. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or incorrect shipping details provided by the winner.
7.1. Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official account: _Huzz.
7.2. Winners must respond and claim their prize within 5 days of the announcement.
7.3. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, fails to provide required information, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.
7.4. Winners may be required to provide legal name, address, and proof of identity before shipment.
8.1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8.2. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value due to inventory or shipping constraints.
8.3. Winners are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees charged by their country.
9.1. By entering, winners agree to allow us to use their name, Instagram handle, and/or photo for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation.
9.2. You may decline publicity by notifying us in writing.
We are not responsible for:
Instagram is not involved in or liable for this Giveaway.
11.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
11.2. We may disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or behaves in a harmful or abusive manner relating to the Giveaway.
