We partner with reputable, fully-tracked couriers including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and leading regional delivery partners.
Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees whenever possible.
In rare cases where duties cannot be prepaid in your region:
Our goal is to make international shipping as smooth and cost-free as possible for you.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns.
Because our headsets are used for events, retreats, and commercial operations, and require hygiene and electronic integrity, we can only accept returns for defective products.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not functioning correctly, we will repair or replace it under our 1-year warranty (see below).
